Latin Characters Error:
If you receive a “Only Latin characters and traditional numbers are allowed” error:
Please note that we only accept Latin characters. Therefore, we encourage you to ensure that the information you enter contains only characters from the Latin alphabet. Accents and special characters are not accepted. This rule applies to all stages of your account creation.
If your personal data saved on itsme contains Non-Latin characters, please complete the registration manually, without using itsme.
If you are using a web browser, please try again using a different browser or a private browsing window (Incognito mode), and then attempt to create your Betano account again.
If the problem persists, please clear your browser's cache and cookies before trying again.
If you are using the Betano app, you can also try the following steps:
Settings → Applications → Betano → Storage → Clear data, then Clear cache.
If the problem persists with the app, please ensure that your device's operating system and the Betano app are up to date. If necessary, uninstall and then reinstall the app before trying again.
