What Happens When You Are Outside Belgium
While you are outside Belgium, you will temporarily not be able to:

Log in to your account
Use betting services
At the same time:
Your account was not deleted or modified
Your account information remains intact
Your balance is not affected
Your account status remains unchanged
Traveling or Temporarily Abroad
If you are temporarily outside Belgium (for example, due to vacation or business travel), your access will be automatically restored once you physically return to Belgium and our geolocation systems verify your location.
You will then be able to resume using your existing account normally.
If You Have Moved to Another Country
If you have relocated to a different country but hold an account with Betano BE, any review of your situation must be handled by Customer Support of Betano BE, where your account is registered.
Support teams of other countries or brands cannot access or assist with Belgian accounts.
