Where to find your communication settings
Your Communication Preferences are now located inside the Notification Center.
They are no longer available in the My Account section.
How to manage your preferences
- Log in to your Betano account
- Click the bell icon to open the Notification Center
- Click the settings icon inside the Notification Center
- Update your communication preferences as needed
- All changes are autosaved

- Your communication channels
- Use the toggle buttons to enable or disable communication methods according to your preferences
- Preferences for promotions and updates
Marketing Preferences
- In the Marketing Preferences section, you can review and adjust your preferences related to news and promotions
