When it comes to setting any responsible gaming limits on your account, we provide several options to our members, found in My Account→Profile→Player Protection.
Betting Time Limits allows you to set a maximum daily limit for your Sportsbook account.
Loss Limits allow you to fix a maximum credit loss amount per day/week/month.
Deposit Limit allows you to fix a maximum deposit amount per day/week/month. All registered customers have a mandatory weekly deposit limit of 200€ set on their accounts, this limit can be changed, but if the new limit exceeds the weekly default limit of 200€, we are obliged to send this request to the Belgian Gambling Commission for their evaluation and approval. The deposit limit can also not be removed completely from the account.
Withdrawal Cancellation allows you to activate/deactivate the 'Withdrawal Request Cancellation' feature. Deactivating takes effect immediately while activating the feature will take effect after 24 hours.
Take a Break allows you to exclude yourself from any activity on our page for short amounts of time - 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 6 weeks, 6 months. You can increase the period at any time but no decrease or revocation is possible.
Self Exclusion from gambling can be requested by the Gaming Commission. Please refer to their website here. You will be guided on how to follow the process and provided with the application form.
