Some card issuers (e.g., Belfius Bank, Wise Europe) do not support Apple Pay or card withdrawals. In case you have made a deposit using card, Bancontact, or Apple Pay, we recommend using a bank transfer for your withdrawals.

Betano will never contact you through social media or alternative communication methods, and will never ask for your personal or account credentials beyond verifying withdrawal methods.
