Account Creation Requirements: Mobile Number

When registering at Betano, please ensure that you provide a valid Belgian mobile phone number, as it is required to create an account.

If you need to change or correct your phone number, follow these steps:

1. Go to My Account → Profile → Personal Details.

2. Enter your new phone number.

3. You will receive a 4-digit verification code via text message or voice call.

4. Enter the code to verify your new phone number.

If your account has not yet been activated and you need to update your phone number, you can do so during the activation process while setting up the verification code.
