Self-Exclusion Options
There are two options for self-exclusion provided to our members, which can be found in My Account → Profile → Player Protection.
Take a Break
Take a Break option allows you to exclude yourself from any activity on our page for short amounts of time - 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month, 6 weeks, 6 months. You can increase the period at any time, but no decrease or revocation is possible.
Self-Exclusion via Gaming Commission
Self-Exclusion from gambling can be requested by the Gaming Commission. Please refer to their website here. You will be guided on how to follow the process and provided with the application form.
Account & Data Deletion
You can also request Account & Data Deletion - Your account will be deleted, and you won't be able to log in again or create a new account. Your data will be erased according to our retention Scheme.
To make a deletion request, you must submit an official account deletion request by sending an email to dpo-office-be@betano.com from your registered Betano email address, mentioning your username, and using “Data Deletion” as the subject line of the email.
