Account Deletion
Please note that account deletion involves the removal of your personal data from our database following GDPR.
This is different from account closure. Once your personal data is erased, you will no longer be able to register on our platform.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request your account deletion via My Account → Privacy Settings → Account Deletion.
Your account will be deleted, and you won't be able to log in again or create a new account.
Your data will be erased according to our retention scheme.
If You Do Not Have Access to Your Account
If you do not have access to your account, you can send an email to dpo-office-be@betano.com from your Betano Registered email, mentioning your username and using "Data Deletion" as the subject line.
