Withdrawals at Betano must be completed using the same payment method used for deposits and for receiving winnings. This is required for security and regulatory compliance.
Withdrawal rules
- If you deposited using a card, your withdrawal must be returned to the same card.
- If you deposited using a bank transfer, your withdrawal must be sent to the same bank account used for the deposit.
Withdrawals cannot be processed to third-party accounts or different payment methods.
How to request a withdrawal
To submit a withdrawal request, follow these steps:

Click on the section Transactions and then Withdrawal
- Choose your preferred eligible payment method
- Enter the required payment details (if applicable)
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
- Confirm the request using the SMS code sent to your registered mobile number
- Submit your withdrawal request
Withdrawal processing time
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by Betano within 24 hours
- After approval, funds are sent to the relevant banking or payment provider
- Final processing times depend on the banking institution or payment method used, which can be found here.
