To set deposit limits, please go to My Account → Profile → Player Protection, then locate the Deposit Limits field.
These limits take effect immediately and are based on the total deposits made during the selected period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days)
Limits automatically reset and apply repeatedly
Setting a smaller amount of deposit, for example, from 100€ to 50€, which will lead to a decrease in your limit, is applied instantly.
- An increase of the deposit limit, for example, from 100 to 200, will be raised with the Belgian Gambling Commission for their evaluation within 72 hours. If there is no change in the limit within 72 hours, that means BGC did not accept the request. You may reach out to BGC directly, if you wish to get further information regarding your request.
If you exceed your set limit, you will not be able to place further bets until the current period ends.
Daily Limit
This limit is calculated based on the total sum of all deposits made within 24 hours from the time of the request. Once the limit is exceeded, you will not be able to place any bets until the 24-hour period has ended.
Weekly Limit
This limit is calculated based on the total deposits made within 7 days from the time of your request. Once the limit is reached, you will be unable to place further bets until the 7-day period ends.
Monthly Limit
The limit is calculated based on the total sum of all deposits made within 30 days from the time of your request. Once the limit is exceeded, you will be unable to place any bets until the 30-day period ends.
