To deposit funds using Bancontact Mobile, please navigate to My Account → Transactions → Deposit, or select Deposit in the cashier and follow these steps:
- Choose Bancontact Mobile as the payment method.
- Enter your desired deposit amount and click on Deposit.
- Complete the payment as follows:
- Scan a QR code,
- Enter the card details, or
- Complete the payment through your Bancontact app.
Once the transaction is successful, funds are immediately reflected in your account. For more information on deposit limits, please refer to the footer of our page, here.
Please note that if you deposited via Bancontact mobile, the only withdrawal option is through IBAN - Bank Transfer, allowing you to transfer funds to a bank account registered in your name. You can find more information on the withdrawal options here.
